Tasmanian Devil
The Tasmanian Devil is Tasmania's best known animal.
Endemic to Tasmania it has reached notoriety worldwide through the character Taz from the Looney Tunes series.
Females give birth to up to 25 babies and only 2 or 3 survive.
The Tasmanian Devil is suffering from a disease that is killing up to 90% of the Devil population in some areas.
